Booking Policy

Reservation & Deposit

In order to complete the  reservation you have to deposit 25% of the total price through Western Union. Please let us know about your deposit by sending us an e-mail, attatching the payment receipt. The rest of the amount will be paid up on arrival.

Check in – Check out Hour

You can check in to your suite after 15.00.

You have to check out your suite until 11.00.
 
If you need to check out until 18:00 an additional payment of 50% will be applied. Check out after 18:00 will be chearged the total amount.

Cancellation

If you cancel the reservation more than 21 days to arrival, the deposit is returned.

If you cancel the reservation less than 21 days to arrival, the 50% of the deposit is returned.

In case of cancellation during the stay, you are obliged to pay 50% of the value of the rest of the days of the agreed period.
